New Delhi, India – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his delegation faced a delay in their departure from New Delhi following a technical glitch on their special aircraft after the G20 Summit. India extended an offer to use ‘Air India One,’ but the Canadian side opted to wait for a backup aircraft. Trudeau and his team had to remain in India for two additional days due to the aircraft issue. During his visit, Trudeau met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, discussing concerns about “anti-India activities” in Canada while emphasizing the importance of freedom of expression and preventing violence.
